Halton Hubs, specifically Halton Family Hubs, are community-based services that support families with children and young people from birth to 19 (or up to 25 for those with special educational needs and disabilities). They bring together council, health, and community services in one location to provide families with access to the right support at the right time, including help and advice form Mental Health Support Team.
