As part of our Platinum Jubilee celebrations and really giving the children a concrete memory, we decided to add to our school family! Today we welcomed the arrival of Lizzie and Beth, 2 hens. We firmly believe that this will be a great opportunity for the children to learn about hens as well as a multitude of other learning possibilities. Needless to say, the children are very excited! 

Lizzie is copper and black and Beth is black with a green shimmer (and appears to be quite vocal!)

Pop around the side of school to take a look.

Needless to say ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED IN THIS AREA.

PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR CHILDREN TO PLAY IN AND AROUND THIS AREA  AFTER SCHOOL.
